Well, I did give it a try, and I thank you for pointing me in that direction. I will spend more time with this very odd formula, and see what the possibilities are for my limitations. In the meantime I'm posting my first effort...very odd, don't you think?
I thought it was very nice. Considering the nature of the formula, I thought it was cool that you managed to find something that doesn't look "gnarly"
If you take a look at the new images I've made, most of them were made by that new fractal formula as well. Eventually, I think I'd like to modify the formula a bit, and maybe port it to a transformation and coloring formula (if possible)...
Otherwise, I'm glad I was able to steer you towrds this new formula. I hope you can "spread the word" about it to others
